Department of Technologies and Innovations in Construction
Basic information
The department focuses on the complex approaches and innovation potential of the structural, technological and environmental contexts of construction and building projects, with strong support from information technologies for digitalization and virtualization of processes related to the design, modeling, management and optimization of construction processes.
Pedagogical activity
The department is involved in education across all study programs of the Faculty of Civil Engineering TUKE at the bachelor and master degree level with subjects focused on the preparation and implementation of buildings in relation to the spatial, technological, temporal and site structure of construction projects, their quality and safety at work. It is a training center for doctoral studies in the study programme Theory of Technology and Management in Civil Engineering.
